Faster Assembly
This
Vertical Insulated Concrete Form system with it's 8" on centre
Cross Tie Stud allows for 30% faster assembly times versus other
traditional systems. The system is dead simple with only 4 moving
parts. Start by laying down a chaulk line on your footings, lay down
and nail C-Channel and begin from a corner with placement of Poly
and Cross Tie Studs.
This system will lead to real labour
saving from a build perspective and allow finishing details to occur
faster ultimately resulting to earlier occupancy.
Custom Heights and Widths
Exact
to measure storey height Cross Ties and EPS or XPS polystyrene panels
with the R-Value that your application requires. Reduce or even
eliminate on site cutting. We also have the ability to vary both the
concrete core thickness (4" to 24") and the poly (2" to 6") on either
side allowing for greater flexibility across residential, commercial
and industrial applications.
Panelized Wall Sections
Build
out common wall sections or an entire structure either on site or in a
controlled environment and ship to the construction site. Think
about being able to move a project forward even if the weather
conditions do not allow for outside work.
Tall Walls
Whether
you are building a Cold Storage Facility, multi-storey commercial or
residential our VCIF is going to make your job more cost effective. We
have the ability to build a tall wall, but pour the concrete lifts at
reasonable heights by sliding panels up in order to gain access. This
ensures a better pour eliminating the potential for voids and allowing
more consistant vibration.
