This home was constructed with 10" of concrete core for the basement and 8" concrete core on the upper level. The home required a larger R-value than standard in order to achieve a true Net Zero rated structure, so we used 2 1/2" of poly on the inside of the structure and 3 1/2" on the outside for a calculated R-value of 26.

This dock was constructed from all aluminum with LockDry decking (light gray) and aluminum railing system.  This is truly a low maintenance dock solution that is environmentally friendly.

This is a LockDry deck and Aluminum railing system for a Restaurant and Commercial Business Centre. This was installed in 2006 and still looks as amazing as it did 4 years ago.

This is a LockDry deck in Light Gray that replaced an existing cedar deck. It was installed over the existing pressure treated sub structure for a seamless look and safer environment when surface becomes wet from the hot tub activity.
